I am the office assistant at a local weld shop. As an office we sent this package to the Boss' mother in law. She owns a bar down town, and gets quite heated while talking about politics. We all know she is right leaning, and so getting a Joe Biden Fan Club package was GREAT. When it was delivered, I had a spy in the Post Office who was standing right behind her, who then relayed the delivery to us, in the weld shop across the street.
My apologies in advance to whomever receives the package back, because she did send it back, and our spy told us that she wrote some choice words on the package. As an office we apologize, but just know that the recipient was angry. So... angry.
Our spy told us that she signed for her package, opened it up, and was instantly irate. "Who would send this to a KNOWN Republican?" She told the postal worker that she would pay to send it back, and wrote some choice words on the package. She then was about to stomp off without her change.
Of course when our spy came out of the post office I caught them leaving, and asked what happened in the post office. We had a good giggle about it. It is hours later, and we are still giggling. When it comes back after being returned, we of course would like it sent again. lol.. What a great prank!
