Is the delivery date guaranteed?

Shipping carriers don't offer guarantees, but with enough notice we can usually coordinate to hit your requested date. We always prioritize early over late.

How far in advance can I schedule?

As long as you order at least 7 days before the requested date. Planning earlier is encouraged — it gives us the best window to nail the timing.

Will it ship immediately?

No. We hold fulfillment and release it strategically based on your selected date and carrier transit times.
